REMINDER OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy - please allow enough notice when cancelling, or changing the agreed time for your cleaning slot - or you will be charged the full price of your cleaning service.
Should you need to cancel your usual cleaning slot, due to suffering symptoms or in self-isolation, you will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
It is important that cleaners DO NOT attend your home if you, or somebody in your household, has symptoms of coronavirus.
