REMINDER OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy - please allow enough notice when cancelling, or changing the agreed time for your cleaning slot - or you will be charged the full price of your cleaning service. Should you need to cancel your usual cleaning slot, due to suffering symptoms or in self-isolation, you will not be subject to a cancellation fee. It is important that cleaners DO NOT attend your home if you, or somebody in your household, has symptoms of coronavirus. We'd like to thank our customers who have been so supportive.
