COVID 19 SAFETY PRACTICES

In order for businesses to remain open, it is extremely important that they continue to work hard to ensure they remain SAFE. Here’s a reminder of how we make this happen - and how you can help us too:

• HANDS – We will continue to wash our hands thoroughly on entering your property, and again before we leave. Our cleaners carry sanitiser with them, however may need to use your hand washing facilities
• FACE – If requested, we will wear face coverings whilst in the presence of our customers and when we are in smaller, more enclosed areas of the home
• SPACE – We are asking customers to vacate the property for the duration of their clean. Alternatively, if they are unable to vacate, we ask that they isolate to areas of the house we aren’t working in
• TRACE – We will continue to keep sufficient records of our cleans including, dates, times and cleaners and customers present.

Along with a number of other safety practices we have put in place, the above measures will help keep our staff members and customers safe.

PAYMENT TERMS

Prompt payment helps our small business enormously - we really appreciate clients who value our work. We favour payment via bank transfers. Bank details are included within the welcome pack. 
As a reminder of our payment terms - Cleans should be paid for on the day. Invoices are asked to be settled on the day of their receipt. If you are experiencing any issues with payment, dates etc. please get in touch and we will do what we can to help you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice to cancel, and/or change, your appointed cleaning slot. This will hopefully enable us to try and re-fill the slot, so everyone is kept happy.
If you need to change the time of your usual cleaning slot, please contact us to inform us, giving us at least 48 hours notice. Wherever possible, we try our best to be as accomodating as possible and arrange alternative slots if required.
However, we fully understand that with the best will in the world life issues happen to all of us. No one can predict a sudden emergency (or being pinged by the COVID app!)  In these situations, we will therefore take each situation on its own merits. Should you need to cancel your usual cleaning slot, due to suffering symptoms or in self-isolation, you will not be subject to a cancellation fee. 
It is important that cleaners DO NOT attend your home if you, or somebody in your household has symptoms of coronavirus.
For temporary breaks to a normal cleaning schedule such as for holidays and appointments, we require advance notice to avoid incurring a charge. As these dates are usually known in advance and planned for, we will not deem these as a valid reason to not provide enough notice of cancellation of our cleaning services. Where we don’t receive advance notice, the full cost of the service will be charged.
